Manage key customer relationships, maintain and build relationships with existing and new customers, identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations for profitable sales.
Ensure all partners in trade have appropriate materials about products, company history and the Value Proposition.
Utilize various strategic distribution models in accordance to country, region, demographics and market structure.
Negotiate with clients and achieve maximum revenue/profit potential while satisfying clients’ need.
Manage and incentivize a group of active traders and potential MEX Group clients worldwide.
The Sales Manager should be responsible to provide operational, trade and customer support to MultiBank Group and its external clients by:
Responding, investigating and resolving various trade incidents related to the trading systems.
Performing regular reconciliations and resolving discrepancies for all trades and positions.
Generating and reviewing trade reports to analyses execution metrics, market risk and commission structures.
Delivering first class customer support by phone, email or skype, and building rapport and proactively responding to customer queries.
Configuring and maintaining custom trading systems across multiple trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5.
Supporting sales and management teams.
Being experienced within the Foreign Exchange Market (Forex) or a closely related financial industry.
Being experienced in selling for major FinTech vendors (i.e. Fiserv) or competed against them in complex selling situations.
Being E-Commerce Experienced (preferred).
Well-developed social and communication skills.
Professional fluency in English.
Very strong attention to details.
Good command of MS Office tools
