Note: The role is open for Saudi nationals only

Purpose of the job:

Ensure on-time payment to customers/vendors

Position Responsibilities:

Check and Process vendor invoices and payments
Check and process customer sales discount & rebate claims
Follow-up and coordinate with relevant activity PICs and ensure timely processing of claims
Conduct regular process trainings for employees
Maintain claims tracker and follow on aging items

Essential skills and experience:

Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.

– Good knowledge of accounts payable function

– Knowledge of Marketing activities and sales discounts/rebates

– Able to follow-up and coordinate with different departments

– Excellent communication skills

– Good team member

– Self-starter who can work with minimum supervision

– Pro-active and able to meet deadlines

– Detail Oriented


• Experience, Education and Licensure

• Language Skills

Ability to communicate and respond to common inquiries from sales and logistics department, customers, or members of the business community. Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts.
