Our client is a renowned and global financial institution. This is an AD Talent Development in its Global HR team.

The key mandate for this role is to develop, align and build an innovative talent agenda to meet business needs and the firm’s strategy in the next 10 yrs, with the objective to create a high performing and engaged workforce across the firm. The successful candidate will define, create and implement talent development strategies and evaluate best-in-class talent management, talent development and leadership development practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a full suite of Organisational Talent Development strategies and frameworks including Leadership Development, Talent Management, Career Development and Succession Planning to enhance organisational effectiveness and leadership capabilities.
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to build current and future capabilities that can drive and support business growth. This includes diagnosing potential gaps, design and implements solutions for company-wide leadership development and talent management.
Partner closely with the business and HR stakeholders to understand their needs and build relationships, as well as to help design, develop and deliver innovative and cost-effective development and talent interventions.
Measure the relevance and impact of key programmes through development of relevant metrics that monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of Talent Development process and programme, as well as through active partnering with the business.
Contribute analysis and ideas to HR strategy and ensure that Organisational Talent Management strategies are aligned with strategic and business goals.
Be a Change Agent – Drive the alignment of capabilities and behaviours to facilitate the organisation’s continuous transformation.
Provide thought leadership for Talent, Diversity, Performance Management, and change management
Adept in using Technology and Talent Analytics for talent initiatives

Qualifications/ Capabilities:

Minimum 12 years’ experience in Talent Management and Development, gained with consulting firms or progressive organisations.
Passion for people development and a deep knowledge of content and thought leadership in Talent Management.
Experienced in both the formulation/ conceptualisation and implementation of talent frameworks, programs and solutions
Progressive, future looking with a growth mindset. Versatile and adaptable
Ability to think strategically, systematically, and demonstrate creativity in generating solutions to complex issues.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to proactively engage, partner and influence business leaders to deliver solutions and drive impactful outcomes.
Mature, self-driven team player who works well under pressure and in ambiguous situation
Highly motivated individual and fast learner who can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong planning and organisational skills with high attention to detail
