Responsible for all email communications sent by MultiBank Group
Utilise the full extent of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to execute the CRM strategy
Report on and optimize the effectiveness of CRM campaigns
Build automated journeys using journey builder and provide Einstein insights
Design, develop and launch email marketing campaigns
Analyse data sets to identify new customer segments and action insights to deliver on business objectives
Effectively map the customer journey and initiate communications at relevant points of the customer lifecycle
Develop campaigns to stimulate trades and increase ARPU
Increase and maintain MultiBank Group’s database
Work with the website manager to improve the website’s capture rate
Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver omnichannel marketing communications
Deliver impactful and memorable emails that set MultiBank Group at the forefront of the financial derivatives business
Implement email best practices and ensure accuracy of marketing messages
Maintain consistent brand tone, look and feel across all activity
Work with the content marketing manager to develop a suite of communications for customer engagement and education
Communicate ideas and innovations to the management and marketing team
Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices to keep the brand relevant in the industry

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience is a must
5+ years experience as CRM Manager
Experience in implementing CRM solutions through to campaign execution
Fluent in English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hands on experience using the full gamut of Marketing Cloud
Ability to manage and build relationships, negotiate and influence team members
Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly, take initiative and develop an expert understanding of financial derivatives
Excellent project management skills
Adept at juggling competing priorities
Analytically minded and results driven
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM integrations is a plus
Financial industry experience is a plus

Skill Set:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Datorama, Microsoft 365 suite, strategy development, reporting and presentation skills
