Following the Agile methodology, the Project/Delivery Officer will be Monitoring Digital Banking and Innovation (DBI) projects to ensure on-time delivery of project objectives and business value.
Oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for the DBI Head of Delivery regarding status of project.
The successful candidate will work directly with different stakeholders and internal departments (including Digital Banking, IT, Compliance, Sharaia’, Legal, Finance, Operation Risk, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure that all aspects of each project are compatible with business processes and regulations.
Ensure that all of the assigned projects are delivering its business value on-time, within scope and within budget.
Develop a detailed project management plan to execute, monitor and track the project and its progress.
Meet the targeted values of his KPI.
Develop and maintain project documentations, records and knowledge including but not limited to presentations, spreadsheets, tracking sheets, status reports, BRDs, invoices, expenditures, and lessons learned.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
Manage and track requirements and scope of each project.
Develop and maintain the baseline project schedule.
Ensure on-time resource availability, planning and allocation and escalate any issue related to project resources on-time.
Manage project changes following the change management process.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage project stakeholders and their engagements.
Perform risk management to minimize the impact of project risks.
Adhere to all internal policies, processes and procedure.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
Use and continually develop leadership skills.
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
