Responsible for managing a portfolio of Elite customers, maximizing existing portfolio and acquiring New To Business Elite accounts, while providing a competitive, best-in-class customer experience to achieve assigned business volumes.
Market the full range of bank’s products & services to the Elite client segmentation and contribute effectively in achieving Elite’s budget while identifying and meeting customer needs through acting as a financial advisor to assigned customers.
Manage and increase the portfolio by acquiring NTB Elite customer and cross selling FAB services / Products
Handling all Elite customers queries and complaints and ensure resolving them efficiently within the set TAT
Analyze portfolio performance statistics to better understand customer behavior and plan for future activities.
Review daily inflows / outflows of the assigned portfolio to retain clients and avoid losing funds
Ensure that customers are receiving a superior service and aligned with FAB guidelines, service standards and CBE regulations.
Adhere to the product parameters and credit policy manual.
Responsible for conducting a permanent market scan on competitor’s offering within the Elite proposition and provide recommendations to the Products and segments teams on improvements
Achieve operational excellence in all aspects of procedures and processes undertaken to ensure satisfactory audit.
Ensure completion of branch KYC according to time line set by management.
Improve “Net Promoter score” across all Elite customers.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor degree from a reputable university, MBA in business is a plus
For Elite RM , Minimum 4 years of experience with a segment (1.5 M) tier
For Senior Elite , Minimum 6 years of experience , 2 of which are within the Elite segment
Successful track record of sales and aggressive targets achievement
Experience in Retail and Customer Service areas is a must especially with affluent clients.
Excellent Marketing skills
Excellent command of English Language
Well organized, accurate, self-driven, problem solver and has the ability to work under stress and pressure
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
