To oversees and lead the support of accurate evaluation of the change requests and to update all the related files, documents and data base with any change conducted, so as to facilitate the efficient control of all configurations and availability of information to all relevant parties.
Very good knowledge of banking BT systems and applications
Very good knowledge of the banking operations and requirements
Knowledge and understanding of Problem Reporting and Change Request methodology and process
Expert skills in Version/configuration control methodologies
Knowledge of configuration management process
Very good knowledge of the programming languages and operating systems used by the Bank.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
8-10 years of relevant experience in BT operations and configuration library management within a banking organisation
