Job Summary
Plans, develops and direct the policies, practices and operations of Financial Services , Collection and Recoveries and Marketing activities to ensure that financial objectives, goals and institutional growth are met in accordance with the directives of the Board of Directors by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.

Job Description
Takes and effective part in the development and implementation of the Company’s strategic direction.

Oversees the development of annual business plan for Consumer Finance, Collection & Recoveries, and Marketing & Customer Relations that is premised on financial and non-financial success factors.

Guides and directs subordinate managers in the development of the Company’s products and services.

Directs the preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budget based on broad corporate goals and growth objectives.

Coordinates communications and reporting activities between divisions, departments and branch offices to ensure availability of data required for efficient daily operations

Ensures that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all direct subordinate managers are defined and understood.

Directs the analysis and competitive responses to financial services offered by competitors

Provides sound guidance and leadership to subordinate managers.

Approves credit applications after proper credit risk analysis.

Oversees the development of the Company’s brands.

Plans the annual manpower requirements in line with the annual business plan.

Coordinates with the Human Resources to create a sustainable career succession plan for Marketing and Financial Services, Collection and Recoveries, Marketing and TISCO.

Identifies the short and long term professional development needs to Consumer Finance, Collection & Recoveries, and Marketing & Customer Relations.

Meets with high net-worth customers to develop business relationships.

Takes an effective part in developing new lines of business within the scope .

Education & Experience
A minimum of Master Degree in Banking/Management plus 10 years of experience in a similar field or a Master Degree in any related field plus 15 years of experience in a similar field. With higher education degree, less number of years of experience is accepted. Simultaneously, lower education degree with extensive experience may be considered.
