Job Scope

As the Head of Onboarding you will be responsible for the overall operation and efficiency of the Onboarding department.

Job Duties

Drive, determine and oversee key strategic direction and objectives of the Onboarding department
Provide leadership and direction to the entire Onboarding department
Hire and effectively train all new staff members
Consistently identify key ways to improve and streamline Onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for the client
Optimize application allocation to team members
Develop a trusted relationship with key high-profile IB’s
Liaise with senior management from various other departments such as the Head of Sales to identify ways to improve Onboarding processes and procedures
Drive necessary changes for the improvement of operating and organizational efficiency of the Onboarding team
Develop and implement workshops for continuous upskilling and development
Determine and flag any high risk applications, and liaise with the Compliance Manager if necessary
Provide monthly departmental reporting to executive management


At least 5 years’ experience in a senior management position in the financial services industry or similar sector
Fluent in English, proficiency in a second language would be advantageous
Proven leadership skills
A flexible approach to teamwork and a willingness to ensure results are achieved
Positive attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic
Driven, focussed and self-motivated
Ability to multitask
Impeccable communication skills both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills
An understanding of crypto currencies or the crypto market would be valuable
