We are now looking for an experienced HR & Admin manager who will assist with a comprehensive support within areas of HR / Office Management / PA / Health Environment & Safety. The role in its entirety

Some example of your tasks:
In charge of the overall recruitment activity to help establish the Norway team;
Implement HR procedures, policies, and best practices to manage a hypergrowth organization;
Serve as an advisor and business partner to business leaders, helping them navigate the complexity of building, retaining and growing their teams;
Build the systems that ensure employee happiness, career growth, and retention.
Manage organizational and clerical support tasks to maintain an efficient office environment and perform all administrative duties in the office & NIO House and ensure that they are operating smoothly;
Responsible for the purchasing and maintenance of office supply, collaborates with IT and other back-office team members to ensure smooth operations;
Other administrative tasks assigned by manager;
We think you are
Experience from a similar position including high knowledge of local employment law, HR best practices and EHS regulations;
Ability to develop positive working relationships across all levels and functions;
Ability to multi-task and perform duties in a collaborative working environment;
Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines;
Fluent Norwegian written and oral, as well as good English skills are a prerequisite for being able to take on the role.
