The role reports to the VP, Digital & User Experience at FAB, to support the development and implementation of the group’s digital content and user experience across all customer facing channels, and support the ongoing evolution to ensure a cohesive and optimised end-user experience that’s meaningful to all of the bank’s stakeholders.
In addition, the role actively supports and reviews all customer facing digital content, planning and forecasting resources, and is comfortable using analytics to influence the right behavior.
The role will help develop, implement and optimise our digital user journey’s (across the FAB group) and support on digital initiatives across all digital channels to ensure a superior and seamless experience whether that’s for our customers, media, regulators, employees, vendors or shareholders.
Our ideal candidate should have strong a digital background, have experience as a Digital Content Manager who understands the importance of digital channels and excellent customer experience. The role will work closely with the business, sitecore team and agency teams to help drive the group team’s mandate. They will have experience CMS platform management and should also be able to use Sitecore CMS or as a minimum, have experience in a CMS as part of their skill set.
Strong Digital background with a minimum 5 years’ experience as a Digital Content Manager
Native Arabic speaker with excellent writing skills
Experience with end to end digital customer journeys
Good grasp of website management
Understands UX and UI
Hands on experience with Sitecore or another CMS
Knowledge of SEO
Attention to detail and process oriented
Good organizational and time-management skills
