Within Financial Services Consulting – Risk & Actuarial, the GRC (Governance, Risk, Controls & Internal Audit) Team is part of a global network of risk management specialists working together with most of the largest financial services companies. We support our clients with solutions to identify, assess, steer and monitor non-financial and compliance risks.

A unique opportunity to explore a wide range of solutions to our clients’ issues and needs. This will enable you to showcase a wide breadth of skills and competencies, with many of these being focused around non-financial and compliance risk management, as well as internal control systems and internal audit with touchpoints to topics such as anti-money laundering / know your client, outsourcing / third party risk management, business continuity management, data protection, cloud, sustainability, etc. with a strong focus on process and control design, optimization and automation.

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future

A degree in a business-related field such as business administration, economics, finance or other related area
A must: min. 5-7 years of relevant expertise in a risk, compliance or audit function with in-depth understanding of processes, risks and controls in banking and / or insurance; experience in the design and implementation of process and control frameworks to mitigate non-financial and compliance risks, as well as documenting, optimizing and automating processes and controls; a strong interest in growing into a leadership position and the flexibility and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel; an entrepreneurial spirit
A plus: consulting experience; a strong network within the insurance or banking industry; a good understanding of the latest technologies (incl. GRC tools)
Key success factors: team player, goal-oriented, commitment, quick understanding, analytical and organizational skills, as well as project management skills
In an international environment, fluency in German and English are a prerequisite (French a plus).
