This job contributes to the Rustan Coffee’s success by developing the store development strategy which will be the basis for market growth and expansion. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks mission and values.
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
– To monitor the implementation of the company’s Store Development Strategy.
– To rollout the Market Planning processes, not confining to the Market Mapping, RTZ study and Post Opening Analysis, and complete the Market Plan for all key cities across the country.
– To ensure that the completed Market Plans are updated through regular reviews and with the latest market information.
– To ensure that the input to that Planning process is guided by facts and findings from the true analysis of the market information.
– To support and initiate study to authenticate any insight obtained through any observation or/and preliminary analysis
– To maintain the Store Development data base and manage the reporting of key Store Development KPIs.
– To set-up a resource library with relevant materials that will enable the achievement of Store Development Excellence.
– To keep in pace with the development of technologies in the area of Store Development with the view of introducing them to the company.
– To undertake other project work as required by the business development manager
