Our colleagues in the Revenue, Growth Management team are looking for a new RGM manager.
In your role as Category RGM Manager, you will be inspiring and influencing colleagues across Europe, and across functions, to provoke action, focused on driving strategic growth for Kellogg and beyond. You will be responsible for developing & driving a three year strategy for Snacks/Incubator brands, as well as building the RGM & commercial capability within the business.
Here’s a Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the ABC (Annual Business Cycle) deliver a clear and succinct 3 YR RGM, taking key insights from the wider multi-functional teams such Strategy & Insights and the Markets, building a plan that drives all five levers of RGM to unlock sustainable price realisation and margin expansion
Develop strong cross functional relationships in order to facilitate the delivery of this plan
As part of the RGM team inspire others to take action, and build capability in our business with a particular focus on OBPPC, and having an external lens
Set up best practice frameworks to drive RGM visibility and enable consistent ways of working
Have real business impact by ensuring the correct business decisions are made using Insights and Analytics
Drive RGM agenda for key strategic projects e.g Sustainability
Step change visibility to support decision making with a pulse on in year internal/external performance
Be the voice of the retailer and the market within the Category Business Unit, to drive actions that can be executed in store
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Strong FMCG commercial experience is essential, with experience of managing or working on a P&L
Experience in working in a commercially focussed cross functional team is essential
Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills are critical to the role
Ability to tell a story through a presentation, turning data into insight, into action
Ability to build strong relationships & influence people with an external and consumer focus
Experience in Revenue Management, ideally OBPPC (Occasion Brand Price Pack Channel)
Account management or grocery retail buying experience
RELATIONSHIPS IN THE ROLE
Building strong relationships with internal RGM contacts across Europe, the wider Strategy & Insight team, Marketing, Shopper & Category, Finance and Supply Chain within the European business unit.
Develop external relationships with RGM counterparts in other industries and companies.
Office based role with occasional travel
