Job Purpose

Contribute to development and implementation of all consumer and content related marketing campaigns to deliver OSN’s strategic and business objectives of driving new sales, supporting retention, driving ARPU and building the leadership position of the OSN brand in the TV entertainment industry.

In details:

Update new Marketing Sync Calendar and campaign brief:

Provide content line up priority update to all internal stakeholders for artwork deliverables and to support Content knowledge within the Company, to enhance content consumption and positive word of mouth on Customer Base.

Deliver and execute key content 360 degrees marketing plan:

Execute 360 degree Content marketing plans focused leveraging OSN’s premium and exclusive content to deliver content campaigns, scale them in single and/or multiple markets and define with the media manager the best media mix according to target audience, market insights and country relevance, support the implementation and measurement of all activities and alignment with Studios for approvals. Also Support antipiracy and CSR activities and campaigns.

Drive consumer acquisition through main campaigns:

Oversee the execution of Consumer related marketing campaigns working with Studio’s, Partner Channels and the Programming team together with internal stakeholders, creative and trade marketing team.

Oversee the execution of the campaign, from market insights collection, briefing to final deliverables.
Ensure the efficiency of workload in accordance to timeframe and deadlines.
Maximize media mix based on channels performance and country initiatives working with the media manager.
Ensure approval by studio and internal stakeholders.
Create reporting and spend measurements presentation.

Key Accountabilities

Planning & Organization

Planning and executing overall brand campaigns + content campaigns across all markets with focus on core as KSA, UAE, KWT, QAT, OMN, BAH, JOR, Egypt.
Content Calendar maintenance and internal alignment with all stakeholders.
Campaign planning along with raising briefs, managing debriefs and deliverables within timeframe, post campaign evaluation report and recording of internal communication.
Ensuring Studios approval and channels managers continuous alignment.
Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies

Experience required:

7 – 10 years of relevant industry experience.

Knowledge & Skills:

Critical Thinking to planning and organizing
Project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
Result Oriented and ability to work under pressure
Analytical Skills along with eye for detail
Proficient in MS Office, Powerpoint and Excel
Technical knowledge of the industry and the product
Ability to travel to core markets across the region, especially Saudi Arabia.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Extremely organized and able to articulate and communicate clearly and concisely.
Commercially oriented and able to negotiate at all levels
