Store Project Manager 42 views

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Store Planning : Plan and execute store project ( Renovation/ Relocation/ New opening)
Project budget control & FC update : Plan & Control store project budget
Project Handling: Manage store construction process, in terms of budget, schedule and quality control etc.
Communicate & report to Italy HQ throughout whole process.
Store material purchasing: Purchasing store construction material.
Sub-contractor handling: Communicate and control contracted vendors and search & validate new vendor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in architecture or engineering, design etc.
Ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 8 years (to 10 years) related experience
Good knowledge of retail industry
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-pace environment
Ability to deal in a multitasking environment(flexibility, time management)
