Working​ ​as​ ​part​ ​of​ ​the​ ​People​ ​team​ ​the​ Talent​ ​Partner​ ​is​ ​responsible​ ​for​ ​the​ ​recruitment life cycle​ ​for​ ​all​ ​Head​ ​Office and Depot Management ​roles.​ ​​ ​Creating​ ​a​ ​positive​ ​and​ ​enticing online​ ​presence,​ ​and​ ​exceptional​ ​candidate​ ​experience.

Develop​ ​and​ ​lead​ ​on​ ​innovative​ ​sourcing​ ​strategies​ ​(short​ ​and​ ​long​ ​term)​ ​in​ ​alignment​ ​with​ ​the business ​objectives​ ​whilst​ ​ensuring​ ​a​ ​seamless​ ​and​ ​professional​ ​start-to-end​ ​candidate experience
Own​ ​and​ ​manage​ ​the​ ​recruitment​ ​life cycle​ ​for​ ​all​ ​Head​ ​Office ​and​ Depot ​Management roles
Input​ ​into​ ​overarching​ ​HR​ ​on-boarding​ ​strategy​ ​(first​ ​90​ ​days)
Work​ ​with​ ​the Head of Talent & Culture ​to​ ​strategize​ ​creative​ ​thinking​ ​on​ ​talent​ ​acquisition​ ​to​ ​drive​ ​the​ ​direction​ ​and synthesis​ ​of​ ​new​ ​candidate​ ​experiences
Partner​ ​with​ ​Heads​ ​of​ ​Department​ ​/​ ​Hiring​ ​Managers​ ​and​ ​the People team​ ​to​ ​understand​ ​and​ ​anticipate headcount​ ​changes​ ​and​ ​needs
Build​ ​and​ ​maintain​ ​a​ ​talent​ ​network​ ​through​ ​proactive​ ​market​ ​research,​ ​LinkedIn​, ​talent assessment​ ​and​ ​ongoing​ ​relationship​ ​management
Create​ ​a​ ​comprehensive​ ​plan​ ​for​ ​establishing​ ​and​ ​nurturing​ ​talent​ ​pipelines​ ​in​ ​alignment​ ​with dynamic​ ​business​ ​needs
Design,​ ​implement​ ​and​ ​conduct​ ​innovative​ ​yet​ ​appropriate​ ​interview​ ​assessments​ ​(inclusive​ ​of behavioral​ ​based​ ​guides)​ ​based​ ​on​ ​core​ ​and​ ​functional​ ​competencies
Drive​ ​down​ ​agency​ ​spend​ ​%​ ​with​ ​a​ ​clear​ ​focus​ ​on​ ​leveraging​ ​alternative​ ​recruitment​ ​approaches such​ ​as​ ​company​ ​careers​ ​page,​ ​LinkedIn,​ ​Facebook,​ ​employee​ ​referrals,​ ​colleges​ ​and​ ​universities etc
Collaboration​ ​with​ the ​People ​team​ ​on​ ​internal​ ​and​ ​external​ ​engagement​ ​initiatives​ ​and​ ​projects
Management​ ​of​ ​appropriate​ ​content​ ​across​ ​all​ ​available​ ​online​ ​portals​ ​and​ ​recruitment platforms​ ​to​ ​strengthen​ ​employer​ ​branding​ ​and​ ​drive​ ​engagement​ ​among​ ​both​ ​active​ ​and passive​ ​candidates
Oversee​ ​recruitment​ ​metrics/analytics​ ​to​ ​provide​ ​monthly​ ​and​ ​quarterly​ ​recruitment​ ​data​ ​input to​ ​the​ ​HR​ ​dashboard
Ongoing​ ​observation​ ​and​ ​research​ ​of​ ​current​ ​recruitment​ ​trends​ ​and​ ​competitor​ ​approaches​ ​etc with​ ​a​ ​view​ ​to​ ​making​ ​recommendations​ ​on​ ​revised​ ​recruiting​ ​strategies​ ​and​ ​activities​ ​to​ ​attract top​ ​talent


4+​ ​years​ ​recruitment​ ​​experience working in either technology, e-commerce or digital industries
Demonstrated​ ​experience​ ​utilizing​ ​varying​ ​channels​ ​to​ ​effectively​ ​source​ ​appropriate​ ​candidates
Demonstrated​ ​experience​ ​of​ ​increasing​ ​brand​ ​awareness​ ​and​ ​attracting​ ​direct​ ​talent​ ​through social​ ​media​ ​strategies
Analytical,​ ​detail​ ​orientated​ ​and​ ​a​ ​demonstrated​ ​strong​ ​sense​ ​of​ ​business​ ​management;​ ​proven ability​ ​to​ ​develop​ ​new​ ​ideas​ ​(with​ ​creativity)​ ​and​ ​deliver​ ​solutions
Excellent​ ​communication​ ​and​ ​interpersonal​ ​skills​ ​with​ ​ability​ ​to​ ​work​ ​independently​ ​(self​ ​starter) as​ ​well​ ​as​ ​part​ ​of​ ​a​ ​team
Ability​ ​to​ ​meet​ ​tight​ ​deadlines,​ ​prioritize​ ​workload​ ​and​ ​achieve​ ​effective​ ​results​ ​in​ ​a​ ​fast​ ​paced, dynamic,​ ​ever-growing​ ​environment
Ability​ ​to​ ​build​ ​working​ ​relationships​ ​with​ ​leaders​ ​and​ ​cross-functional​ ​partners
Ability​ ​to​ ​use​ ​appropriate​ ​recruiter​ ​tools​ ​as​ ​well​ ​as​ ​internal​ ​ATS​ ​systems
