Lead on Group wide senior hiring activities focused around strategic sourcing with a particular focus on Emirtisation and in particular HID activities for D, E and F grade UAE Nationals. Build out strategic sourcing channels and talent pools including but not limited to market maps, talent pools, senior referrals and PSL of exec search firms. Lead the external engagement of Emirati hiring for key strategic initiatives including Nujoom, campus and school engagement along with EVP initiatives focused on strengthening the Emirati work force at a senior level in collaboration with senior stakeholders and external government entities.
Develop a network of Emirati and other ‘high in demand’ talent for FAB’s in-house strategic sourcing for senior and executive recruitment.
In collaboration with Talent Management strategy align TA senior assessment practice with TM.
Leading in-house sourcing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms minimizing recruitment costs, reducing hiring time and attracting passive job seekers.
Manage FAB’s executive talent pools
Liaise with MoHR and other critical government bodies to support Emirtisation efforts in FAB and across the financial services industry.
Lead on other key Emiritisation strategies including but not limited to Nujoom
Develop talent acquisition strategies through multiple channels including development of FAB’s careers site, internet prospecting, networking, employee referrals and social media recruitment strategies – lead the EVP for FAB from an acquisition perspective
Provides communication and education related to talent acquisition best practices, standards and processes and ensures compliance to approved practices;
Maintains close working relationships with EXCO, Heads of HR, N-1’s on hiring strategies
Manage and optimise recruitment technology, partnering with IT resources as necessary to ensure their effectiveness;
Participates in industry organizations to keep abreast of current trends, techniques, and related regulations. Work with the HRG to maintain all job profiles, salary bands and other recruiting data;
Guide hiring managers during recruitment process for timely and suitable placements, overseeing the structuring and scheduling of interviews, aggregation of feedback and the completion of key recruiting tasks;
Work collaboratively with onboarding and HR regarding all pre-employment and needs while handling sensitive and confidential information;
Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, human resources or related field.

Ability to analyse and interpret data to build strategies and action plans;
Expertise and qualifed in assessment and strategic sourcing
